Juice fasting

With juice starvation, you only eat freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices and herbal infusions. The intensity of detoxification with this method is somewhat lower than in water starvation, but it is still very high. Juices provide the body with nutrients necessary for both phases of hepatic detoxification. It should be mainly green (vegetable) and a small amount of sweet, fruit juices. The main thing is cabbage juice.
However, in order to benefit from juice starvation, you need to have a good knowledge of nutrients. It is necessary to add to the diet minerals contained in additives and useful fibers or herbal laxatives, since the fibers are absent in the juices.
Although the feeling of hunger is naturally dull with time, the majority of people who resorted to this method argue that it is most effective in the event that there is an opportunity to retire in a wellness center where there are no food temptations. This type of cleansing, too, does not provide for the restoration of the intestinal microflora, and therefore incompleteness, unless along with it you do not take additional herbal antimicrobials and probiotics.

Juice fasting

  1. LOSS OF GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT
Loss of juices in surgery plays a big role (vomiting, intestinal obstruction, fistulas of the gastrointestinal canal, diarrhea, exudation, etc.). In this case, a variety of disturbances occur (Table 18). If the pathological loss of juices occurred before admission to the hospital and targeted treatment, the violations are eliminated in accordance with the principles outlined in the chapter "Pattern of therapeutic
  2. 7 recipes of juices
Squeeze the juices from the following combinations of fruits and vegetables. All these juices should be consumed immediately or stored in a refrigerator in a glass jar with a lid and drink during the day. 3. About the essence of juices and their parts
Juice is a moist fluid body, which initially turns food. The juice is praiseworthy, the purpose of which is to transform, one or [in combination] with something else, into a part of the nutrient, or, one or [in combination] with something, become like a nutrient, in a word, to replace that part of the [nutrients] that has dissolved in the body. [Juice]
  4. Mixed fasting
Mixed starvation provides for the use of vegetable and fruit purees instead of juices, so that the body is more saturated due to their fibers. In this diet may be added emollients, for example, avocados or olive oil to increase the fat content. This slows the elimination of toxins, as the energy expenditure on digestion increases, but this method has
  5. Determination of fasting
Food can conveniently be divided into two phases - positive and negative - depending on whether it is a period of proper nutrition or a period of abstinence from food. Negative nutrition is indicated by the terms "starvation," "exhaustion," "exhaustion." But fasting and exhaustion are different phenomena, clearly different from each other, while exhaustion encompasses both processes. The word "fasting"
  6. Justification of fasting
We are fasting for the ultimate good and we have the right to demand that the result for which we are hungry must necessarily justify this means of achieving it. A man or woman who has to decide whether to starve or not to starve, has the right to ask: What will be the benefit of the fact that I will give up taste pleasure for the time being? Before we start starving, we have the right
  7. On the rules common to induce vomiting and relaxation, and indications of how the attraction of [juices] is by laxatives and vomiting medicines
Anyone who wishes to take a laxative or induce vomiting should divide their food [into small portions] and take the amount of food that it satisfies for one day, several times. You should also take a variety of food and a variety of drinks, for from such a circumstance the stomach has a strong desire to drive up or down what is in it. But when [in
  8. Fasting in humans
Man is an animal and as such is subject to the same laws of being and conditions of existence as other animals. As part of a large organic world, it is not a being fenced off from ordinary and constant living conditions, governed by laws and the requirements of existence. It is not surprising, therefore, that we find a person not only able to fast for a long time and do this with
  9. Starvation and cachexia
Pathogenesis Starvation, prolonged malnutrition, cachexia lead to cardiac disorders that are accompanied by a decrease in myocardial mass, usually proportionally smaller than a decrease in body weight due to muscular fiber atrophy, degenerative changes in the myocardium and HF. Pathological anatomy During starvation, the vacuolization of myofibrils is microscopically noted,
  10. STARVATION
Starvation is a pathological process caused by adaptation to calorie deficiency, food substrates and irreplaceable food components. Fasting (substrate-energy deficiency) can be the result of inadequate nutrition, or those mental, oncological, gastroenterological, endocrine disorders that make the intake and assimilation of food impossible. The most common causes
