Juice fasting

With juice fasting, you use only freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices and herbal infusions. The intensity of detoxification with this method is slightly lower than with water starvation, but still quite high. Juices provide the body with the nutrients needed for both phases of liver detoxification. It should be mostly green (vegetable) and a small amount of sweet, fruit juices. The main is considered cabbage juice.
However, in order to benefit from the fasting juice, you must have good knowledge of nutrients. It is necessary to add to the diet the minerals contained in the supplements, and useful fibers or herbal laxatives, since there are no fibers in the juices.
Although the feeling of hunger is naturally dulled over time, most people who have resorted to this method claim that it is most effective if you have the opportunity to retire in a wellness center where food temptations are absent. This type of cleansing also does not provide for the restoration of intestinal microflora, therefore, incompleteness is also characteristic of it, unless along with it you do not take additional herbal antimicrobials and probiotics.

  3. On the essence of juices and their parts
Juice is a wet flowing body, which food initially turns into. Juice can be a valuable one, the purpose of which is to turn, - alone or [in combination] with something else, - into a nutrient particle, or, - alone or [in combination] with something, become similar [to a nutrient], in short, to replace the portion [of nutrients] that has dissolved in [the body]. [The juice]
  4. Mixed fasting
Mixed fasting involves the use of vegetable and fruit purees instead of juices, so that the body is more saturated with their fibers. Emollients such as avocado or olive oil can be added to this diet to increase the fat content. This slows down the elimination of toxins, because it increases energy consumption for digestion, but this method has
  5. Determination of starvation
Nutrition can be conveniently divided into two phases - positive and negative - depending on whether it is the period of actual nutrition or the period of abstinence from food. Negative nutrition is denoted by the terms “starvation,” “depletion,” and “exhaustion.” But fasting and exhaustion are different phenomena that clearly differ from each other. And exhaustion encompasses both processes. The word “fasting” (“fast”)
  6. Justification of fasting
We undertake starvation for the sake of the final good and we have the right to demand that the result for which we starve necessarily justify this means of its achievement. A man or a woman who has to decide whether to starve or not to starve is right to ask: what will be the benefit of my giving up taste for pleasure for a while? Before we begin fasting, we have the right
  7. About the rules common to induce vomiting and indulgence, and indications of how the [juice] laxative and emetic medication is attracted
Anyone who wants to take a laxative or induce vomiting should be divided several times in one meal [small portions] and take the amount of food that he is satisfied with in one day. 8. Fasting man
Man is an animal, and as such it is subject to the same laws of being and conditions of existence as other animals. As part of a large organic world, it is not a creature, separated from ordinary and permanent living conditions, governed by the laws and requirements of existence. Not surprisingly, therefore, we find a person not only able to starve for a long time and do it with
