Modern man: in the yoke of habits and addictions
In the minds of modern society, the combination of the words "spirituality of nutrition" has lost its attractive power. This was largely promoted by the theory of balanced nutrition, which, in essence, debunks a person, portraying him as a kind of black hole into which the replenished and non-renewable resources of the Earth fail, denying his true purpose - to be the organizing principle of the noosphere - the sphere of the mind.
Misconceptions about the natural needs of a person also distort the psychological mood of people. I don’t understand those who, preaching high spiritual aspirations, say that they feed on what “God sent”, hinting at the unworthy earthliness of the spirit of all who think about food.
Developing a system of natural healing in the unity of ideas about the spiritual, emotional, psychological and physical nature of man, I realized that nature, unlike people, always gives a helping hand to someone who consciously embarks on the path of health. People, in any case, many of them, consider a person’s desire for a healthy lifestyle as a whim or as a desire to stand out from the general ranks and not only do not help him climb the ladder of health, but try to push her, even if it is their close one.
So, for example, it was with one of my patients, a lovely young woman named Zhenya. One of my students brought her to me. He watched for several years how his coworker was suffering from diabetes and asked for help in grief. Our joint efforts with a reasonable and responsible patient recovery process soon brought the first victories. Syringes with insulin along with a box of cigarettes were thrown into the trash. Eugene became younger, prettier, blossomed in her feminine charm.
However, her husband stood in the way of my patient to health. This was not a villain, but a normal and calm person. But he could not or did not want to understand what it means for Zhenya a common feast with him: sausages with fried potatoes, pasta with meat, cakes, coffee, sandwiches with ham, sausage and cheese, high-calorie buns, etc. etc. But such nutrition is harmful even to a healthy person. And Eugene surrendered. She had to buy syringes again, visit an endocrinologist and use insulin. And there, again, cigarettes settled comfortably in a purse. And the beautiful woman's face faded before her eyes.
Unfortunately, the psychological pressure of those around us, the burden of habits brought up by modern civilization, like a core chained to the convict’s leg, does not allow many, many of us to take the path to gaining genuine rather than “practical” health, as the state of fragile balance of the body is delicately called today when, gradually, the diseases secretly undermining it had not yet burst out, did not become apparent.
The lack of knowledge of the vast majority of people, the vicissitudes of their ideas about the nutrition process, imposed by theorists of balanced nutrition from the school bench, distort the human psyche.
Fortunately, our central nervous system, thanks to its features, has the natural property of self-improvement. So stated I.P. Pavlov, and it is impossible to disagree with him. As well as with the opinion of the scientist about the need to create appropriate conditions for this. It is I who search for these conditions when I restore the health of people in our reality.

It is regrettable to note that at present there are no scientifically based recommendations on rational nutrition, as well as the science of nutrition itself.
