Water starvation

Water starvation - the most intense form of detoxification, which involves the use of only water alone. Spiritual leaders resorted to him, including Jesus and the Buddha. As soon as the signal of entry into the detoxification mode is turned on, tissues release toxins and mucus into the blood and lymphatic systems, and this happens continuously. The process of separation becomes more intense every day. In ancient times, when this method was used mainly for the purposes of spiritual enlightenment, there were no chemicals in the environment, and much less toxins accumulated in the human body that were to be excreted.
Today, with such a high level of toxicity and nutrient deficiencies, water starvation can pose a health threat, as more toxins are released with significantly less nutrient support provided by hepatic detoxification.

I know many people who have practiced this method for years. Everyone had weakness in the body, drowsiness, and they could not walk for long periods, except for one person who performed detoxification consistently for 25 years and had a healthy lifestyle between programs. Many people who carry out water starvation, in addition to weakness, have nausea, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes and other unpleasant symptoms. Although I personally did not observe more severe cases, they are known, including one death: a man tried to cure an oncological disease in this way (it's hard to say what killed him-starvation, cancer or a combination of them). Nevertheless, I observed, heard and read about people who were cured of seemingly incurable diseases with the help of this intense and contradictory method of starvation.

Water starvation

  1. Determination of fasting
Food can conveniently be divided into two phases - positive and negative - depending on whether it is a period of proper nutrition or a period of abstinence from food. Negative nutrition is indicated by the terms "starvation," "exhaustion," "exhaustion." But fasting and exhaustion are different phenomena, clearly different from each other, while exhaustion encompasses both processes. The word "fasting"
  2. Justification of fasting
We are fasting for the ultimate good and we have the right to demand that the result for which we are hungry must necessarily justify this means of achieving it. A man or woman who has to decide whether to starve or not to starve, has the right to ask: What will be the benefit of the fact that I will give up taste pleasure for the time being? Before we start starving, we have the right
  3. Fasting in humans
Man is an animal and as such is subject to the same laws of being and conditions of existence as other animals. As part of a large organic world, it is not a being fenced off from ordinary and constant living conditions, governed by laws and the requirements of existence. It is not surprising, therefore, that we find a person not only able to fast for a long time and do this with
  4. Starvation and cachexia
Pathogenesis Starvation, prolonged malnutrition, cachexia lead to cardiac disorders that are accompanied by a decrease in myocardial mass, usually proportionally smaller than a decrease in body weight due to muscular fiber atrophy, degenerative changes in the myocardium and HF. Pathological anatomy During starvation, the vacuolization of myofibrils is microscopically noted,
  5. Juice fasting
With juice starvation, you only eat freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices and herbal infusions. The intensity of detoxification with this method is somewhat lower than in water starvation, but it is still very high. Juices provide the body with nutrients necessary for both phases of hepatic detoxification. It should be predominantly green (vegetable) and a small amount
  6. STARVATION
Starvation is a pathological process caused by adaptation to calorie deficiency, food substrates and irreplaceable food components. Fasting (substrate-energy deficiency) can be the result of inadequate nutrition, or those mental, oncological, gastroenterological, endocrine disorders that make the intake and assimilation of food impossible. The most common causes
  7. Therapeutic starvation: "for" and "against"
Fasting can become the first step to healing. It is no accident that it occupies a prominent place in all religious beliefs. Abstinence in food, fasting is considered as an indispensable condition of spiritual and physical purification and health of a person. What, in my opinion, is the therapeutic effect of starvation? At the first stage, it relieves overwhelming burden from all organs and systems of the body, gives
  8. Work of the intestines during fasting
After digestion of food taken before starvation, the intestine practically ceases to function. He takes rest., Dr. Oswald writes: "The large intestine shrinks and the thin retains only the most irritating slags." Sometimes the first three or four days of fasting the intestines continue to function regularly. In rare cases, even after 15 or more days of fasting, diarrhea develops.
  9. Fasting is not fatal exhaustion
The word "starveyshn" (exhaustion) comes from the Old English "storphan", which meant "to die." Today it is used almost always to refer to "death from the lack of food." When we tell an ordinary person and even an ordinary physician about starvation, he immediately draws himself a picture of the terrible consequences that he thinks must inevitably occur due to deprivation of his food even for several days.
  10. Mixed fasting
Mixed starvation provides for the use of vegetable and fruit purees instead of juices, so that the body is more saturated due to their fibers. In this diet may be added emollients, for example, avocados or olive oil to increase the fat content. This slows the elimination of toxins, as the energy expenditure on digestion increases, but this method has
  11. Prolonged fasting rights
Previously, it was shown that animals can do without food for a long time without harming the body or individual organs. It is often objected that although animals can do this, a person is not able. For there are still those who place man beyond the universal laws of Nature and make an exception for him. Nevertheless, the facts prove that a person can also manage for a long time
  12. Does starvation cure?
If the disease is the healing power of the body, does the disease heal the disease? If there is no curative remedy for diseases and it does not need a cure, then is starvation itself a curative remedy? For us there are not twelve thousand diseases, but only many local conditions that result from a general systematic disorder. We seek not to cure the disease, but to eliminate the causes
  13. The ability to starve and survive
From the above, it can be seen that a person's fasting is practiced under equally different circumstances, as living beings of the lower forms of life, and for many reasons of adaptation and survival. Fasting is an important part of a person's life right up until the present time when we have a fetish and a ridiculous fear of losing food even for a day. It is quite obvious that
  14. Preoperative fasting in children
Infants who are breastfed and / or breastfed: • Breastfeeding and / or milk formula should be discontinued 4 hours before anesthesia begins, • Transparent liquids (water, tea, juices without pulp) stop giving 2 hours before the start of the total anesthesia. Children> 1 year of age: • must observe a 6-hour fasting period, • clear fluids (water, tea, fruit juice)
  15. Oxygen starvation
Oxygen starvation can occur with insufficient oxygen content in the surrounding atmosphere, and with some pathological conditions. Hypoxia of the brain is observed in disorders of cerebral circulation, shock conditions, acute cardiovascular insufficiency, complete transverse blockade of the heart, poisoning with carbon monoxide and with asphyxiation of various origin.
  16. Acquisition and weight loss in fasting
A cat loses weight and becomes thin when nursing kittens, even if it is healthy and has enough nutrition. It takes on rounded forms by the time it is ready to become pregnant again. The very tissues themselves are required in order to supply the food of the young. And the cat does not have any evidence that it is somehow harmed by weight loss. This is very similar to what is observed when
  17. Preparing nature for starvation
Describing the case that took place in his practice, Dr. Jennings gives the following rationale for fasting: "The child did not eat for several days and could not take it for many more days if he should live. And there is nothing to fear about this. Take away from a healthy child food, when his body is actively working, and he will use his own building material and die in two or three
  18. Miracle of fasting
{foto13} And write down the name of one of the authors of this technique - the wonderful American professor Paul Bragg. I told you, in the second session, that the person in order to quickly restore health and vision, it is very important to cleanse your body of various slags and poisons. And we have already begun to purify the body of toxins and toxins. Switching to separate power -
