Water starvation

Water starvation is the most intense form of detoxification, which involves drinking only water alone. Spiritual leaders, including Jesus and Buddha, resorted to him. As soon as the signal to enter the detoxification mode is turned on, the tissues release toxins and mucus into the circulatory and lymphatic systems, and this happens continuously. The process of selection is becoming more intensive every day. In antiquity, when this method was used mainly for the purpose of spiritual enlightenment, there were no chemicals in the environment, and much less toxins were accumulated in the human body, which were to be eliminated.
Today, with such a high level of toxicity and nutrient deficiency, water starvation can be a health hazard, since more toxins are eliminated with significantly less nutrient support from hepatic detoxification.

I know many people who have practiced this method for years. Everyone had weakness in the body, drowsiness, and they could not walk for long periods, except for one person who had been detoxifying consistently for 25 years and in the intervals between the programs had led a healthy lifestyle. Numerous nausea, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, and other unpleasant symptoms occur in many people with water starvation, in addition to weakness. Although I personally did not observe more severe cases, they are known, including one fatal: a person tried to cure a cancer disease in this way (it is difficult to say what killed him — starvation, cancer, or a combination of them). Nevertheless, I observed, heard and read about people who were cured of seemingly incurable diseases with the help of this intensive and controversial method of fasting.

Water starvation

  1. Determination of starvation
Nutrition can be conveniently divided into two phases - positive and negative - depending on whether it is the period of actual nutrition or the period of abstinence from food. Negative nutrition is denoted by the terms “starvation,” “depletion,” and “exhaustion.” But fasting and exhaustion are different phenomena that clearly differ from each other. And exhaustion encompasses both processes. The word “fasting” (“fast”)
  2. Justification of fasting
We undertake starvation for the sake of the final good and we have the right to demand that the result for which we starve necessarily justify this means of its achievement. A man or a woman who has to decide whether to starve or not to starve is right to ask: what will be the benefit of my giving up taste for pleasure for a while? Before we begin fasting, we have the right
  3. Fasting man
Man is an animal, and as such it is subject to the same laws of being and conditions of existence as other animals. As part of a large organic world, it is not a creature, separated from ordinary and permanent living conditions, governed by the laws and requirements of existence. Not surprisingly, therefore, we find a person not only able to starve for a long time and do it with
  4. Fasting and cachexia
Pathogenesis Fasting, prolonged malnutrition, cachexia lead to impaired cardiac activity, which are accompanied by a decrease in myocardial mass, usually proportionally less than a decrease in body weight due to muscle fiber atrophy, degenerative changes in the myocardium and to HF. Pathological anatomy During fasting microscopically note vacuolation of myofibrils,
  5. Juice fasting
With juice fasting, you use only freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices and herbal infusions. The intensity of detoxification with this method is slightly lower than with water starvation, but still quite high. Juices provide the body with the nutrients needed for both phases of liver detoxification. It should be mostly green (vegetable) and a small amount
  6. STARVATION
Fasting is a pathological process due to adaptation to calorie deficiency, food substrates and essential components of food. Fasting (substrate-energy deficiency) can be the result of inadequate nutrition, or those mental, oncological, gastroenterological, endocrine disorders that make food intake and absorption impossible. The most common causes
  7. Medical fasting: “for” and “against”
The first step to healing can be fasting. It is not by chance that it occupies a prominent place in all religious beliefs. Abstinence in food, fasting are considered as an indispensable condition of spiritual and physical cleansing and human health. What, in my opinion, is the therapeutic effect of fasting? At the first stage, it removes an unbearable load from all organs and systems of the body, gives
  8. Work intestine during fasting
After digestion of food, taken before fasting, the intestines almost cease to function. He takes rest., Dr. Oswald writes: “The large intestine shrinks and the thinner retains only the most irritating slags." Sometimes the first three or four days of fasting the intestine continues to function regularly. In rare cases even after 15 or more days of fasting diarrhea develops. Mark Twain
  9. Fasting is not fatal exhaustion
The word "starvation" (depletion) comes from Old English "steorfan", which meant "to die." Today it is almost always used to mean "death from the absence of food." When we tell an ordinary person and even an ordinary doctor about fasting, he immediately paints a picture of the terrible consequences that he thinks should inevitably occur due to depriving him of food even for a few days.
  10. Mixed fasting
Mixed fasting involves the use of vegetable and fruit purees instead of juices, so that the body is more saturated with their fibers. Emollients such as avocado or olive oil can be added to this diet to increase the fat content. This slows down the elimination of toxins, because it increases energy consumption for digestion, but this method has
  11. Long fasting man
Earlier it was shown that animals can live without food for a long time without damage to the body or individual organs. It is often objected that although animals can do this, man is not able to. For there are still those who put man outside the universal laws of Nature and makes an exception for him. Nevertheless, the facts prove that a person can get along for a long time.
  12. Does fasting cure?
If the disease is a healing effort of the body, does fasting cure the disease? If there are no remedies for diseases and she does not need a cure, is starvation itself a remedy? For us, there are not twelve thousand diseases, but only many local conditions resulting from a general systematic disorder. We seek not to cure the disease, but to eliminate the causes
  13. Ability to fast and survival
From the above it can be seen that human fasting is practiced under as different circumstances as living beings of lower forms of life, and for many reasons of adaptation and survival. Fasting is an important part of a person’s life right up until the present time, when we have a fetish and a ridiculous fear has developed of depriving food even for a day. It is clear that
  14. Preoperative fasting in children
Breast-fed and / or bottle-fed babies: • feeding with breast milk and / or milk mixtures should be stopped 4 hours before the start of anesthesia, • clear liquids (water, tea, juices without pulp) should be given 2 hours before the start of general anesthesia. Children> 1 year of age: • must observe a 6-hour fasting period, • clear liquids (water, tea, fruit juice)
  15. Oxygen starvation
Oxygen starvation can occur both with insufficient oxygen content in the surrounding atmosphere, and under certain pathological conditions. Brain hypoxia is observed in disorders of cerebral circulation, shock states, acute cardiovascular insufficiency, complete transverse heart block, poisoning with carbon monoxide and asphyxiation of various origin.
  16. Weight gain and fasting
The cat loses weight and becomes thin when the kittens are nursing, even if she is healthy and has enough nutrition. She becomes rounded by the time she is ready to become pregnant again. Herself fabrics are claimed in order to supply the young with food. And the cat has no evidence that weight loss harms her in any way. This is very similar to what is observed when
  17. Cooking nature to fast
Describing the case that occurred in his practice, Dr. Jennings gives the following rationale for starvation: “the child did not eat for several days and could not take it for many more days if he should live. And there is nothing to fear about this. Take food from a healthy child when his body is actively working and he will use his own building material and will die in two or three
  18. Miracle of fasting
{foto13} And write down the name of one of the authors of this method - the wonderful American professor Paul Bragg. At the second lesson, I told you, comrades, that in order for a person to quickly restore health and eyesight, it is very important to cleanse your body of various slags and poisons. And we have already begun to cleanse the body of toxins and poisons. Switching to separate meals -
