The second week


During the second week, when you are already accustomed to a new diet and have learned to overcome hunger, the basic adaptation takes place. Your body adapts to the new state, using for self-healing energy, saved by digestion. If before the program his condition was unbalanced, these changes can cause disturbances in sleep, stool, appetite, emotional sphere. The information contained in this book will help you to regulate adaptation processes, but be also prepared for unforeseen changes and adapt to them (just try not to create inconveniences for others). Restoration of the intestinal microflora takes 10-14 days, which means that if you did not observe an elimination diet for a week before the program, you will not necessarily feel good by the beginning of the second week. But the changes will be obvious.
WISE DREAMS
In bad dreams at night, as in a bad mood during the day, there is nothing unusual. During the program, not only toxins of chemicals are eliminated, but also the quantum toxins of stress and anxiety. Every time we give the body the opportunity to manifest its natural forces, it gets rid of everything that prevents its normal functioning, including from negative emotions. HEADACHE

ENERGY LEVEL OSCILLATIONS

WEIGHT LOSS
It's hard to predict how much weight will decrease. Perhaps in the first 10 days your weight will decrease, but then it will stabilize. You may have the thought that you are doing something wrong. Remember that weight loss during the program often occurs unevenly. Do not worry. Make sure that you have a plentiful chair - if you want to achieve maximum effect, its daily amount should increase in comparison with what it was before the start of the program. Weight reduction is facilitated by daily physical exercises, as well as infrared sauna, massage and hydrocolonotherapy.

Mucosal membrane
In the matter of detoxification, the role of the mucous membrane is often incorrectly evaluated. In the process of intensive purification, for example, with water or juice starvation, there may be an unexpected increase in the amount of feces that does not correspond to the amount of food eaten. People can not understand: for a week or even longer they do not consume anything but juice, have a daily stool, and suddenly, when the program reaches the maximum speed, the volume of feces increases noticeably. Sometimes they are long bundles with intestinal folds printed on them of a dark, almost black color. In other cases, they remind of bowel movements, which are with diarrhea.
Any gastroenterologist can tell you what he sees when performing a colonoscopy (procedure for examining the intestine with an endoscope). His patients who are given a strong laxative so that they are freed from the feces that have accumulated in them in the last one or two or three days have a clean, pink intestinal wall. There are no signs of mythical remnants for years, not digested food, adhered to the walls of the intestine. Even in very sick people, in whom a large amount of mucus indicates chronic problems with the intestines, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and cancer, there are no deposits of old food residues.
So what do patients get rid of (often to their considerable relief)? It is a mucus that is released from cells and tissues into the bloodstream and through the walls of the intestine penetrates it. Its technical name is a mucous membrane.
Due to its stickiness, it does not fall down, but begins to accumulate on the walls of the intestine, just as sweat appears on the surface of the skin. After 7-10 days of fasting mucus accumulates a lot, and it sticks to different

particles. This can be a problem for those who undergo the process of purification or detoxification on their own, without professional supervision. If the toxic mass is not excreted by fibers, effective herbal laxatives and, ideally, hydrocolonotherapy, it can be absorbed back and detoxification occurs instead of detoxification. The patient will feel bad and even suffer from dysfunction of tissues and organs.

You have only part of the way to restore its integrity, so do not immediately return to sugar, alcohol, or the diet that you followed before starting the program.
