Second week


During the second week, when you are accustomed to a new diet and have learned to overcome hunger, the main adaptation occurs. Your body adapts to a new state, using the energy saved by digestion for self-healing. Restoration of intestinal microflora takes 10-14 days, which means that if you did not follow an elimination diet during the week prior to the program, you will not necessarily feel good by the beginning of the second week. Bad dreams
