All motives for losing weight can be divided into abstract, concrete and semi-concrete.
Specific, the best. This is when I know exactly why I need to lose weight, and I know exactly by when. And when we should start the path to our bright future. Yes, right now! What to pull? Life is one, the other will not be!
The best thing is to set yourself a task for the next two or three months. Optimally, if your birthday is coming soon! All the advantages of a thinner and built person, the best gift you can give to your beloved one! And if the birthday has recently passed, and the next is not soon? Yes, you never know holidays worthy of a gift? New year, the Eighth of March, the grand opening of the beach season, the birthday of a loved one. And these holidays alternate. And they are enough for any number of extra pounds.

Advice - try to translate such a motive into a specific one. Enter in your reasoning date. For example, I want to lose five kilograms in two months. This will significantly improve my condition.
