The infant mortality rate is considered a barometer (indicator) of the social well-being of people living in this territory

In the statistics of infant mortality, it is customary to distinguish a number of indicators:

a) early neonatal mortality (death in the first 168 hours of life)

b) late neonatal mortality (death at 2,3,4 weeks of life)

c) neonatal mortality (death in the first 4 weeks of life)

d) post-neonatal mortality (death from the 29th day of life to 1 year

Estimated per 1,000 births

Infant mortality is calculated by the formula:

The number of deaths before 1 year in 2009 7

-------------------------------------------------- ------------- * 1000 = ------------ * 1000 = 32.97

1 \ 3 born in 2008
+2/3 born in 2009 58.3 +154

Maternal mortality is the case of death occurring during pregnancy and 42 days after the end of any pathological condition associated with pregnancy.

Estimated at 100,000

Maternal mortality is calculated by the formula:

Number of maternal deaths per year 2

-------------------------------------------------- ------------- * 100000 = ------ * 100000 = 1142.8

number of births 175

The infant mortality rate is considered a barometer (indicator) of the social well-being of people living in this territory

  1. Physical development of socially different populations of children and adolescents living in various territories of Russia in the first decade of the 21st century
In the previous paragraph, the hygienic characteristics of the studied populations of children and adolescents were given and their social differences were shown. Since physical development is considered as an indicator of the sanitary-epidemiological well-being of the population, it can be assumed that it will have differences in these populations. For the description and analysis of indicators of physical development were selected
  2. Hygienic characteristics of socially different populations of children and adolescents living in various territories of Russia in the first decade of the 21st century
The study was performed by the method of natural hygienic experiment using epidemiological studies. The following populations of children and adolescents were studied: 1. Children living in the conditions of a Moscow metropolis and studying in 11 general education institutions (longitudinal monitoring). 2. Children and adolescents - social orphans, pupils of state
  3. The social situation of development in infancy
At first glance it can easily seem that the baby is a complete or almost asocial creature. He is still deprived of the main means of social communication — human speech. His life is largely limited to the satisfaction of the simplest necessities of life. It is to a much greater extent an object than a subject, i.e., an active participant in social relations. From here
  4. SOCIO-ECONOMIC DAMAGE CAUSED BY MORTALITY FROM MALIGNANT BREAST NORMOSIS OF THE BREAST
Odintsova I.N., Pisareva L.F., Goldin V.D. Research Institute of Oncology SB RAMS, Tomsk, Research Objective: To determine the socio-economic damage caused by mortality from breast cancer in the female population of the Tomsk region. Research methods: Assessment of indirect socio-economic damage was carried out according to V.V.Dvoirina and E.M. Axel (1984). Official data used
  5. Fertility, mortality, natural population growth, morbidity, injuries, disabilities - show the intensity (level) of the phenomenon in the environment from which this phenomenon occurs
    In this area, the following indicators: the number of births * 1000 175 * 1000 Fertility = -------------------------- = -------- ----------- = 5.54 Population 31,600 Number of deaths * 1000 459
  6. Count calories or not?
I started this section with a story about calories. I'll finish them. Diets help to cope with problems of excess weight, but are not suitable for those who find it difficult to live according to the instructions. Too freedom-loving people are better off working out their own way to lose weight. Adhering to all the principles I have stated above, you can reduce the amount of food consumed. But to know for sure that you have not gone astray
  7. Study Plan for this topic
    1. Repeat questions of the initial level of knowledge. 2. To study lecture material on the topic "Resuscitation of a newborn with asphyxiation." 3. To learn: - the concept of asphyxiation; - degree of asphyxiation; - The laws of resuscitation, their implementation; - stages of primary resuscitation; - criteria for the condition of the newborn with asphyxiation; - the technique of mechanical ventilation, indirect heart massage; - conducting drug therapy during resuscitation
  8. Cooking a two-color indicator
To prepare a two-color indicator, you should mix 50 ml of a solution of methylene blue (62.5 mg of methyleneblow to dissolve in 50 ml of 96% ethanol) and 100 ml of a solution of methyl red (133.3 mg of methylroth dissolve in 100 ml of 96% ethanol ) In an acidic environment, the indicator gives a reddish-violet color, and in an alkaline medium - green. In a neutral environment, the indicator

  10. Sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population
Sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population is ensured by a set of organizational, legal and economic measures in accordance with the Federal Law “On Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population” dated March 30, 1999 No. 52-FZ, which uses the following concepts: sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population - state public health, human environment,
  11. The principle of customer well-being
    - In his professional actions, the psychologist focuses on well-being and takes into account the rights of his clients, students, supervisors and other research participants. In cases where the duties of a psychologist conflict with ethical standards, the psychologist resolves these conflicts, guided by the principle of "do no harm." -Psychologist should give preference to the interests of the client when
  12. Achieving emotional health (well-being)
Emotionally well-born and born, and become in the process of a lifetime. Psychologist E. Erickson identified four conditions that ensure emotional well-being: a well-developed sense of individuality; ability to communicate; the ability to create close relationships and the ability to be active. Let us dwell briefly on each condition individually. E. Erickson relates formation and development
  13. Relationships between the maturity indicators of the conceptual structures of chemistry and the indicators of chemical abilities
To substantiate the position on mental structures as carriers of the subject’s properties, it is necessary to assess the influence of factors (in our case, the maturity indices of conceptual structures) on a number of dependent variables (indices of chemists' special abilities). Experimental sample - 372 second-year students of the Faculty of Chemistry who studied with the same teachers. One subgroup
