Article 23. Information on factors affecting health

Citizens have the right to receive reliable and timely information on factors contributing to the preservation of health or having a harmful effect on it, including information on the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the area of ​​residence, the state of the environment, rational nutritional standards, quality and safety of industrial products, food products, goods for personal and domestic needs, the potential danger to human health of work performed and services rendered. Such information is provided by state authorities and local authorities in accordance with their powers, as well as organizations in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
