Paradoxical breathing exercises Strelnikova

Singer Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova developed a breathing system to restore her lost voice. Having no special medical education, she nevertheless managed to develop this topic of breathing exercises, with the help of which many of her patients got rid of various diseases. The most common among them are asthma, bronchitis and rhinitis.

The paradox of the developed Strelnikova technique is that the breaths in it are not done on the dilution of the chest, but rather on its compression. As a result of this, when inhaling, the air goes directly to the lower abdomen, i.e. abdominal breathing is performed; to perform such a breath requires additional effort of the diaphragm. Experts compare this method of breathing with weight training, which is carried out from the port in the midlands. It is known that in the mountains breathing is difficult, and the body has to adapt to a lack of oxygen through increased absorption. After training in the mountains, athletes begin to show better results in flat conditions. It is believed that one of the reasons for increasing the index of VC in swimmers is their breathing with resistance (exhale into the water).

According to Strelnikov, breathing regulation should begin with inhalation, since it is primary and exhalation is secondary. The breath should be short, active, with compression of the wings of the nose, but shallow. The exhalation is passive, carried out by itself. These exercises are simple and performed with a pulse of less than 100 beats per minute, approximately eight exhalations in six seconds, which corresponds to a walking pace of 80 steps per minute. The first three exercises are warm-up.

1. Turns of the head to the right and left. For each turn - a quick breath through the nose.

2. Tilts the head to the right and left. A sharp breath at the end of each movement.

3. Tilts the head back and forth. For each slope - a sharp breath.

4. The reduction of hands in front of the chest towards each other. The right hand alternately from above to below.

5.
Springy forward bends with a small amplitude, as when working with a pump. Quick breath at the end of the slope.

6. Tilts back with leading hands in front of the chest.

7. Spring squat in the lunges with the information lowered: to the sides of the arms. Inhale at the extreme point of the squat.

8. Tilts back and forth. Breathe in every move.

All these exercises are divided into six three-day courses twice a day. In the first year, about 600 movements are performed behind the bottom of the lesson, in the second - 1200, in the third 1400, fourth 1600, fifth 1800, sixth - about 2000. The duration of classes increases from 6 minutes in the first year to 15 in the sixth. The number of slopes and information of the hands less than 300 times in one session, according to Strelnikova, is ineffective. The upper limit of 2000 movements. Each practitioner must find his own optimal load norm, which brings pleasure, and irritation and fatigue.

To overcome monotony when performing movements, they are counted to rhythmic dance music, which has a clear square structure. A dance like a polka is best suited for this. Each movement I make pa with even eight eight four times, total - 32 movements in one series. Repeating the melody gives the right amount of movement.

Beginners with: unaccustomed can experience discomfort and dizziness due to hyperventilation. This may be due, as Strelnikova points out, with too deep a breath and delayed expiration. To prevent these adverse events, the shoulders and head should be lowered when inhaling.

Improving gymnastics Strelnikova has already helped a lot of people. Those who are predisposed to various forms of pulmonary diseases, it is especially useful to periodically use this method of health promotion. The only caveat is that this breathing gymnastics cannot be combined with the breathing exercises of yogis, to deal with it with glaucoma, severe myopia and high blood pressure.

Paradoxical breathing exercises Strelnikova

  1. Paradoxical breathing exercises Strelnikova

  2. Buteyko paradoxical breathing exercises
A doctor from Novosibirsk, Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko, called his system for treating asthmatic diseases and their derivatives the strong-willed elimination of deep breathing - BLDG. The paradoxicality of the system developed by him can be seen on the example of the following provisions: - deep breathing, considered a panacea, on the contrary, is the source of many diseases; - the deeper the breath. the less oxygen enters

  5. Breathing exercises
Vegetative disorders can be caused by a lack of oxygen. It is known that during stress arterial pressure rises, the pulse quickens, breathing becomes fast and shallow, and not enough oxygen enters the bloodstream. In stressful situations, to relieve excessive stress, it is recommended to breathe slower and deeper. Of course, slow down the pulse or lower the pressure by force
  6. The paradox of thinking
Edward de Bono, a psychologist and a major expert on creativity, author of The Use of Lateral Thinking, argues that humor and the creative process are essentially the same thing. In both cases, the brain sets the value of the idea - absurd or creative. But this can only happen if the person looks at what is happening with
  7. BASIC PRINCIPLES OF MASSAGE AND GYMNASTICS FOR CHILDREN
In the previous chapter, we examined the general technique of massage, studied in detail the basic, auxiliary techniques that are acceptable for any massage. But the children's body has some differences, which we also considered, and therefore children's massage is somewhat different from massage for an adult. For children, especially infants, not all massage techniques are acceptable. There are other differences:
  8. The mechanisms of respiratory failure in the pathology of the respiratory tract
The development of DN in diseases of the respiratory tract is due to an increase in resistive resistance to air flow (RL). In this case, the ventilation of the affected areas of the lung is disturbed, the resistive work of breathing increases, and fatigue and weakness of the respiratory muscles can be the result of irreparable obstruction of the DP. Due to the fact that airway resistance (according to Poiseuille's law)
  9. WALK - GYMNASTICS - BY STAGES
We start with a short 20-minute walk. On the first walk, we explore the walking track, try on how comfortable shoes and clothes are. Then add the time and intensity of the walk. Each stage lasts as many days as you need for a good assimilation of the complex, but not less than three days. The most important condition: do not get tired. And rejoice! You are on a walk in the zone of maximum

You are in the zone for a walk
  11. Joint gymnastics with filling
Can you right now take a split? You can not. And if you start to train, then the corresponding muscles will gradually stretch, and every day it will be easier and easier for you to sit deeper and deeper! One fine day, hop! .. Even if you are 90 years old - you will sit on the twine! Attention! Numb motionless spine, hippopotamus gait - these are all phenomena of your image
  12. . Hygienic requirements for rehabilitation forms of OFU (physical education, walking, tourism). Prevention of disease and injuries during training OFU. Gymnastics Hygiene
There are various types of gymnastics: * Hygienic gymnastics * Production gymnastics * Gymnastics * Therapeutic gymnastics. Gymnastic exercises increase the level of metabolism, train coordination of movements, improve the activity of the respiratory and circulatory system. For hygienic gymnastics special equipment is not required, but it is necessary:
  13. Breathing system
Respiratory circuits provide the last stage of delivery of the gas mixture to the patient. In modern anesthetic practice, the respiratory circuits connect the patient’s airways with the anesthesia apparatus (Fig. 3-1). There are many modifications of the respiratory circuit, which vary in effectiveness, complexity and ease of use. This chapter discusses the most important respiratory
  14. Diagnosis and treatment of respiratory failure
Respiratory failure I degree: shortness of breath at rest is absent; intermittent cyanosis, pallor of the face, anxiety, irritability, normal or moderately elevated blood pressure. Indicators of external respiration: the minute volume of respiration (MOD) is increased, the vital capacity of the lungs (VC) is reduced, the reserve of respiration (RD) is reduced, the volume of respiration (OD) is slightly reduced, the respiratory equivalent (DE) is increased, the coefficient
  15. Acute respiratory failure
The anatomical, physiological and immunological characteristics of newborns and children under the age of 3 years contribute to the development of a number of pulmonary complications. If at the same time there are violations of the gas composition of the blood and (or) external respiration, which have a negative effect on the body, they speak of respiratory failure. There are 2 forms of acute respiratory failure (ONE) - compensated and
  16. Respiratory failure
Respiratory failure is a gas exchange disorder that requires emergency medical intervention. Definitions of respiratory failure based on arterial blood gas values (Table 50-2) may not be correct for chronic lung diseases: in case of chronic hypercapnia, shortness of breath should be added to the criteria for respiratory failure listed in the table
  17. RESPIRATORY CENTERS
The main respiratory rhythm comes from the medulla oblongata. Two groups of medullary neurons are distinguished: the dorsal respiratory group, which is activated mainly by inhalation, and the ventral respiratory group, which is activated by exhalation. Although this has not been conclusively established, the origin of the basic rhythm is either due to the spontaneous electrical activity of the dorsal group,
  18. Respiratory alkalosis
The development mechanism Respiratory alkalosis - primary or compensatory - is determined by hypocapnia, the presence of which implies alveolar hyperventilation. Disorders of the central nervous system, agitation, pain, inadequate mechanical ventilation, hypoxemia and changes in the extensibility of the chest and lungs - all this can cause primary respiratory alkalosis. Symptoms Acute respiratory alkalosis usually makes itself felt
