Eye exercises

Eye exercises are best done twice a day, starting at 5 minutes. Increasing the training time, it should be remembered that the session continues until the exercises are performed easily. You can not bring yourself to extreme fatigue.

Exercise number 1. Massage.

1. It is carried out sitting. Close your eyes tightly for 3-5 seconds, then open your eyes for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 7-8 times.

2. It is carried out sitting. Close your eyes and massage them with circular finger movements for 1-2 minutes.

3. It is carried out sitting. With three fingers of each hand, it is easy to press the upper eyelids, then after 1-2 remove the fingers from the eyelids. Repeat 5 times.

Exercise number 2. Movement.

Sit freely, without straining, and make circular movements with your eyes clockwise and counterclockwise. Repeat all exercises 5 times and after each blink several times.

Exercise number 3. Mark on the glass.

To stand opposite the window at a distance of 25-30 cm, on which a round mark with a diameter of 2-3 mm is attached at eye level. Far from the line of gaze passing through this mark, mark some object for fixation, then alternately move the gaze from the mark on the glass to this subject.

Exercise number 4. Refocusing the gaze.

Place the tip of your index finger in front of you at a distance of about 15 cm from your nose and look at it. Then, look into the distance at any object located at a distance no closer than 6 m from you. Remember that the distance of 15 cm is average, the main thing is to clearly see the tip of the index finger.

Exercise number 5.
Eye reduction.

The trainee monitors the movement of the pencil when moving it from the distance of the outstretched arm to the tip of the nose until double. 10 times the movement is made in the center to the bridge of the nose and 10 times - in front of each eye. The closer the closest point is, the more effective the exercise.

Exercise number 6. Watch.

Imagine that you are standing close to a large wall clock, the center of which is located right in front of your eyes. At the beginning of the exercise, the gaze is fixed on the central point. Then, without turning your head, take a look at any of the numbers on the dial, and then return to the center as quickly. Now take a look at the next digit and return to the center. In general, it is necessary to “bypass” the whole dial according to this technique clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively.

Exercise number 7. Eye relaxation.

Get up steadily, you can lie on your back. It is desirable that there are no bright light sources in the field of view.

Close your eyes and relax your eyelids. You can mentally stroke your eyes with warm fingers.

Let the face and body also relax. This will provide additional relaxation, but all attention is focused on eye relaxation. A feeling of warmth and heaviness should replace lightness and weightlessness.

Relaxation time is not limited. In the intervals between other exercises for the eyes, it can be 20-40 seconds, performed by itself for 3-5 minutes. Relaxation can be practiced at any time.

Eye exercises

  1. Eye exercises
In the East, there is an ancient method for diagnosing diseases by eye movement, not by the iris, but by the movement of the eyeballs. For example, a specialist asks you to “draw” a circle with your eyes and looks at how you do it. It turns out, depending on the disease, the eyes begin to “cut off” the corners somewhere, the line is uneven. This once again confirms that everything in our body
  2. Special eye exercises
In the morning and evening: 1. Spray cold water with boiled water into open eyes. It is better to melt - boil, freeze, and then with the thawed water, wash and splash into the eyes. Wash yourself with fresh snow. Melt water and snow water preserve the polymer structure of ice, and this water very effectively draws toxins and poisons from our body cells, is very well suited. And here we are in the spring of our children
  3. Lecture 3 Eye Mobility Exercises
And all in front of you put a piece of paper with these exercises that I gave you today. If you don’t have one, sit close to your neighbor. So, the exercises are all done without glasses. Necessarily so. At the same time, the head is motionless, only one eye works and the exercises are done smoothly, without any jerks, without any sudden movements. And now everyone took off their glasses and made a central fix on me.

  5. Elementary Training Exercises
This stage of swimming training includes general developmental and special exercises on land. Usually, before starting classes in the water, they do a set of physical exercises aimed at general physical training. The complex includes warming up and breathing exercises, walking, running, arm movements, jumping, bending, spinning, etc. Complete this complex with exercises similar to
  6. Side effects of drugs used to treat eye diseases
    A. Beta-blockers for topical administration for glaucoma. It is assumed that they reduce the production of aqueous humor in the anterior chamber of the eye, which, in turn, leads to a decrease in intraocular pressure. Both beta1-blockers - betaxolol - and non-selective beta-blockers - levobunolol, metipranolol and timolol are used. All beta adrenoblockers for local
  7. Exercises for the joints of the arms and legs
Brushes Each movement is repeated 8-10 times! Exercise No. 1 Squeeze-unclench fists (several times. You already know about how much), rhythmically, as quickly as possible. The exercise is performed in two ways: first we focus on clenching the fingers into a fist (grasping movements), and then on unclenching (throwing), and the fingers need to be fully straightened. Create the feeling that you
  8. Spine exercises
Consistently we work with each department of the spine: cervical, upper thoracic, lower thoracic, lumbar. Before starting exercises on the spine, take a deep breath through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth. If you ate garlic, onions or drank well the day before, then you can do breathing exercises opposite the mother-in-law. The exhalation should be at least 2-3 times longer than the inspiration. FROM
  9. Exercises for two
“But I'm too tired, I don’t have time for exercise,” you will breathe. You may find it hard to believe, but regular exercise can cure fatigue. Try them, and you will soon see this from experience. In addition, remember one medical axiom: “If you do not have time for exercise, reserve more time to visit medical institutions.”
  10. Posture Exercises
In the formation of the stereotype of correct posture, the mastery of the muscular-articular feeling characteristic of such a posture is primary. This feeling becomes the standard norm, which you can equal in the process of self-control over your posture: Stand with your back to the wall, legs slightly apart, arms down; Nape, shoulders, calves and heels made to touch the wall; Cling to the wall so that
  11. Exercise for capillaries. Skin respiration restoration
It is known that the upper and lower extremities have a huge number of capillaries. When shaking hands and feet in the capillaries, additional vibration occurs, which causes them to contract more often and more actively push blood. And since the blood vessels in the body form a single system of blood circulation, local improvement leads to improved blood circulation throughout the body.
  12. Attention Training Exercises
Before proceeding to the description of exercises for training attention, I would like to remind you that attention is a common property of the psyche, phenomena and processes that make up the bulk of human mental activity. Attention accompanies, directs and expediently organizes such mental processes as perception, memory, thinking, imagination. But to be occupied exclusively by one

Systematic physical exercises contribute to the development of all organs and systems, and especially the motor apparatus of children, increase muscle excitability, pace, strength and coordination of movements, muscle tone, and overall endurance of the child. Intense muscle activity entails an increase in cardiac activity, in other words, training of the heart - the organ on whose work the provision depends

  16. Eye solarization
Solarization of the eyes - treating the eyes with sunlight or other light is one of the best exercises for restoring vision and relaxing the oculomotor muscles. Solarization can be done on any light source. Yesterday and the day before yesterday we did on a candle, right? Remember, light a candle and shake your head to the right, then to the left, then to the right, then to the left. You can do on the window: here we stand near the window
  17. Third eye (theory)
Our conversation today is dedicated to the problems of supersensory perception. In recent years, they have been talking and writing a lot about the subtle energies that permeate the space around us, but there are extremely few techniques that would make it possible to work with them. We have gathered bit by bit the most productive and least labor-intensive exercises and offer them in our conversation. This lesson is about the third
