Introduction

In the modern world, every year scientists discover more and more diseases. Not all of them in our time are even treatable. But there are still well-known illnesses to which most of the population of our planet is exposed and whose treatment is well known to physicians from all over the world. Disturbance of balance between different types of intestinal microorganisms, which is the cause of a number of serious diseases. One of these ills is intestinal dysbiosis. Every healthy person in the intestine are bacteria that contribute to the digestion of food and perform a number of other useful functions. In the case of a weakened immune system, violations in the intestinal microflora also occur, which leads to the occurrence of dysbiosis. There are a lot of reasons leading to disruption of intestinal microflora, some of which we can face every day. Therefore, this topic today is very relevant and should be considered in detail.

The purpose of the abstract is to describe the causes of dysbiosis, how to eliminate it, as well as possible ways to avoid this disease.
Many people, having discovered dysbacteriosis in themselves, begin to panic, run to the pharmacy and self-medicate without first consulting the doctor and not thinking about conducting tests before treatment. People who have found the strength to pre-weigh the situation, turn to the doctors for help. But most doctors are committed to traditional medicine, that is, chemical drugs, and often they themselves do not know exactly how to deal with the disease correctly.

In this abstract, an attempt will be made to collect all methods of eliminating dysbacteriosis that would not violate the healthy intestinal microflora.
