Regulations on the specialist in the "Disinfection Case"


1. General Provisions
Persons who have received secondary medical education, a diploma in the specialty “Medical and preventive care” and a certificate in the specialty “disinfection” are allowed to engage in professional activities as a specialist in the field of disinfection.
A specialist in the field of disinfection is used as a disinfection instructor, is appointed
and is dismissed from his post in accordance with applicable law.
In his work he is guided by legislative and regulatory acts in the field of healthcare, orders, instructions, and orders of higher officials.
Responsibilities
Fulfillment of the supervision of the disinfection and sterilization regime on behalf of the chief state sanitary doctor.
Participation in emergency response during disinfection, sterilization, disinfestation, disinfestation.
Participation in the development of a disinfection plan.
Monitoring the sanitary-technical condition of the facilities and the adjacent territory in order to ensure the quality of disinfection, disinsection and deratization measures.
Management of disinfectors during disinfection, sterilization, disinfestation, disinfestation.

To give suggestions to the administration of facilities to eliminate sanitary violations that affect the effectiveness of measures taken for disinfection, disinsection, and disinfestation.
Make suggestions for improving the organization of disinfection in higher organizations.
Send people from the foci of infection to sanitization, as well as things subject to chamber disinfection.
Improve qualifications, pass certification for the qualification category.
Take part in conferences, meetings, professional medical associations.
Responsibility
A specialist for failure to fulfill his professional duties is liable under applicable law.
