We have been in our past. In front of you lies a sheet of paper, pencils, felt-tip pens, paints - display what you saw, felt. Who surrounded you? How did they act on you? Who were you? What did you strive for? How did you achieve your goals? It’s absolutely not important whether you know how to draw or not, the most important thing is that your reality is behind this image and you know what it means ”

Record in yourself what you felt. Remember your feelings and what you saw. Fix your feelings. Stay in them until you feel that you are ready to return, when this happens you can open your eyes.
We are in our present. In front of you lies a sheet of paper, pencils, felt-tip pens, paints - display what you saw, felt. Who surrounded you? How did they act on you? Who were you? What did you strive for? How did you achieve your goals? ”

Your spouse obviously mixes two concepts: build on past experience and

We make all our choices and actions on the basis of beliefs that once prevailed: “Looks like it was written in the family ...”, “We didn’t live richly and there’s nothing now ...”, “In the next world it will be rewarded”. Beliefs are those principles that are “suffered” and accepted by us personally. We paid dearly for them - part of our lives, and therefore we consider them to be certainly valuable.
